Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Products must be returned in their original condition:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
With original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products.
Clearance or final sale items.
Items purchased during special discount festivals (unless defective).
Return/Exchange Process
Email us at xethicoffice@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse address in Surat.
After receiving the product, our quality team will inspect it.
On approval, either an exchange will be processed or a refund will be initiated.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (for prepaid orders).
In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account/UPI ID provided.
